In Good Hands with Care and Empathy May 6, 2025

I was recently part of a mediation for a friend, who was being represented by the Harvey, Foote & Baker Law Firm. It was a long day. It was a hard day. But I was so glad my friend was in the hands of Dusti Harvey and Jennifer Foote. So smart and so diligent in making sure my friend was going to get what she needed and deserved. There was also an abundance of kindness and empathy in that room, which made a deep impression with me. The room we were in was comfortable and warm. All the other staff we met were so very nice. It all made for a better day. No one wants to need to file a suit over nursing home abuse or for wrongful death or for personal injury, it’s all too painful to deal with. But if you do, I cannot highly recommend enough Harvey, Foote & Baker Law Firm. These people made what I was anticipating to be a horrible day, be a bit lighter and a feeling of being taken care of. Gratitude for Dusti Harvey & Jennifer Foote Apr 25, 2024

There aren't enough words to express the gratitude I have for Dusti Harvey, Jennifer Foote, and their staff. The Harvey & Foote Law Firm pursued a case involving the wrongful death of my sister. Although there was no amount of money that could undo the suffering my sister endured prior to her death, the settlement we received was more than I could have hoped. With their help, I feel like I did right by my sister's memory.

The Harvey and Foote law firm settled a wrongful death case for our family involving a nursing home. The process for me was hard to deal with due to the loss of our loved one. Dusti and her staff eased this by good communication, updates, several scheduled milestones where we had a chance to ask questions and were given the process and what the next phase would bring. As a team, we would approach each step going forward. This case ended in a settlement, but I had the confidence that if we were going to trial, we would be fine.
