Dusti Harvey worked for Keleher & McLeod, a large defense firm in Albuquerque, focusing on insurance defense, medical malpractice, products liability, auto accidents and civil litigation. Ms. Harvey then directed all aspects of litigation as corporate counsel for a large nursing home chain for over six years. She was in charge of the Alternative Dispute Resolution program under the corporation's bankruptcy and traveled the United States mediating over 1,000 nursing home cases. She now devotes a significant portion of her practice to advocating for the well-being of elderly individuals residing in nursing homes.

Feliz Angelica Rael
Feliz specializes in nursing home abuse and neglect cases. She has also represented children and their families in cases against state regulated facilities.
Feliz grew up in Taos, New Mexico. She attended the Armand Hammer United Word College in Montezuma, New Mexico, where she received her International Baccalaureate. After that, she attended Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa, where she majored in Political Science and spent a semester traveling throughout India studying political and economic development.
Wanting to come back home to be near family, Feliz moved back to New Mexico for law school and received her law degree from the University of New Mexico in 2001. While she was in law school, Feliz served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Martha Vazquez in federal court and volunteered her time as a bill analyst for the New Mexico legislature. She was selected to serve as Lead Articles Editor of the Natural Resources Journal and completed coursework to achieve a Certificate in Natural Resources Law.
Upon her graduation from law school, the Honorable James J. Wechsler of the New Mexico Court of Appeals chose Feliz as his law clerk for the 2001-2002 term. Before joining the Harvey Law Firm, Feliz was a defense lawyer for the railroads, aggressively litigating cases involving serious injuries and death. While she was a defense lawyer, she frequently litigated insurance coverage issues as well as the implications of federal regulations.
Feliz is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico as well as the United States District Court of the District of New Mexico. She is a member of the National Citizens’ Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice (AAJ) and the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group. Feliz spoke at the 2007 American Association of Justice National Winter Convention on the subject of How to Obtain and Use Surveys in nursing home abuse and neglect cases.

Jennifer Foote

Jennifer specializes in nursing home abuse and neglect cases.
Jennifer grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, and graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish and History. While attending Trinity, she spent a semester in Seville, Spain, studying Spanish language and history.
Jennifer moved back to New Mexico for law school and received her law degree from the University of New Mexico in 2000. During law school, Jennifer worked as a law clerk for the City of Albuquerque City Attorney’s office. She also spent a summer studying law in Guanajuato, Mexico. She was selected to serve as the Associate Managing Editor of the U.S.-Mexico Law Journal, and also participated in two moot court competitions. At the Jessup International Moot Court competition, Jennifer was recognized as one of the top four oral advocates in the region.
Upon her graduation from law school, Jennifer began working for the State Public Defender’s Office. Before joining the Harvey Law Firm, Jennifer had already become a committed trial attorney. When she left the Public Defender after five years of practice, she had risen through the ranks to become a supervisor and was handling a complicated caseload. In her capacity as a public defender, Jennifer gained extensive, invaluable trial experience, trying over 12 jury trials and 50 bench trials.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French. Juliet K. Lee
Juliet grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prior to college, she spent a summer abroad in Germany. She attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Communication and Journalism. She also spent a summer working as an intern for New Mexico Senator Pete Domenici in Washington, D.C.
Juliet received her law degree from the University of New Mexico in May 2008 and immediately joined the Harvey Law Firm following admission to the New Mexico Bar Association. Throughout law school, she worked as a law clerk in other local law firms that represent clients who have suffered serious injury and wrongful death. She also interned at the District Attorney’s office, where she gained valuable trial experience. She was active in law school, selected as the president of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers’ Student Association and secretary of the Student Bar Association.
Juliet is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico and the United States District Court of the District of New Mexico.
