Software that is currently being developed may help medical professionals to create three-dimensional models of people's brains on location and then send them to experts for rapid diagnosis. The development of this technology is still in its early stages. However, it has already been used on real patients on a trial basis to test how viable it is for patients who have suffered serious injury to the brain in New Mexico and other states.

When a nursing home in New Mexico provides substandard care to a patient, the outcome may unfortunately be fatal for that patient. One woman in a nearby state recently lost her life due to the alleged negligence of the nursing home in which she had been placed. The woman's son recently filed a nursing home neglect case against the nursing home on his mother's behalf, alleging that inadequate care led to her death.

Losing a loved one in New Mexico due to a nursing center's neglect is grounds for legal action. One man in another state claimed that a couple of nursing homes that were charged with caring for his father offered substandard care, leading to his father's death. The son has filed a nursing home neglect lawsuit against the centers.
